Spending Halloween in Brooklyn with kids? Dumboween brings a costume parade, a party beneath the Manhattan Bridge, and trick-or-treating at neighborhood businesses.
What to expect
Dumboween brings the neighborhood together for Halloween. Costumed families join the “March to the Arch” through Brooklyn Bridge Park, accompanied by a brass band and puppets. The celebration continues beneath the Manhattan Bridge in the DUMBO Archway, with live music, crafts, and a photo booth.
And of course, there’s candy! Neighborhood businesses join in with trick-or-treating, so kids can collect treats from shop to shop. Drinks are available to buy at the Archway Bar. Dogs get their own moment, too, at the Howl-o-Ween costume contest.
