Dogs in Halloween costumes and views of the New York skyline: Circle Line combines both on its Halloween Pup Cruise. And you can join without a dog, too.
What to expect
The 90-minute cruise leaves from Pier 83. The route takes in the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty, and the East River with the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg Bridges.
In 2026, the Halloween Pup Cruise takes place after dark for the first time, so you’ll see the skyline and the Statue of Liberty illuminated. On board, there’s music and treats for the dogs. Costumes are welcome for humans and dogs, but aren’t required.
Good to know
- Dogs ride free. People need a ticket and must sign a liability waiver before boarding, even without a dog.
- Dogs must stay on a leash. Bring warm layers for the outdoor decks; climate-controlled indoor seating is also available.
