Live music starts early in New York: the Citi Concert Series on TODAY brings well-known artists to the TODAY Plaza at Rockefeller Center.
What to expect
For this concert series, the plaza becomes an outdoor stage for the American morning show TODAY. You get live music and a glimpse of a television production, with a different rhythm from a regular evening concert.
The performances are free. You can request a Fan Pass for individual shows, but availability is limited. There is also a public admission line, with entry on a first-come basis while space remains. Joining the line does not guarantee admission.
Good to know
If you have a particular artist in mind, look into the Fan Pass request early.
Plan for a very early start and some waiting. Follow your confirmation for the exact check-in time and permitted number of guests.
Dress for the weather, as you will be standing outdoors.
